KidStart Allied Health keeps this simple: we only collect what we need to reply to you and to understand how this website is used.
Enquiries you send us
When you use the booking form, the details you enter (your name, contact details, service type, your child's age, preferred language, the concerns you tick and your message) are placed into an email addressed to info@kidstartalliedhealth.com. We use them only to reply and to arrange care. We do not sell or share them for advertising.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google) to count visits and page views, and to see which language visitors choose, whether the progress photo strip is used, and how many enquiry forms are submitted. Google receives this website usage data as our analytics provider. We have turned off advertising features, ad personalisation and Google Signals, and IP addresses are anonymised. We do not upload customer lists or match you to advertising profiles.
Your cookie choice
Visitors in the UK, EEA and Switzerland (and anywhere we cannot determine) see a cookie banner and are not measured at all until they accept. Declining is one tap and keeps analytics off. You can change your mind at any time using the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom-left of the page — the change applies straight away, including in other open tabs. Elsewhere, ordinary analytics runs without a banner, and you can still decline through that same button.
